No Return / No Refund Policy

Once an order has been successfully delivered, no return or refund will be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Product (Exception Case)

In case a product is received in a damaged condition or is incorrect, the customer must inform us within 2 days of receiving the order.
Requests raised after 2 days of delivery will not be considered.

After verification and approval by our team, a replacement or suitable resolution may be provided. Direct refunds are not guaranteed and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Important Note

  • No return or refund requests will be entertained without proper proof (such as unboxing video or images).
  • Products once used, installed, or altered are not eligible for any claim.

Print Pro Tech reserves the right to approve or reject any return or refund request.
